It is the policy of Piping Rock UK Limited to produce all products safely and legally, and to supply authentic quality products to the highest standards and in accordance with current regulations and legislation.

To ensure customer and consumer satisfaction we aim to be consistent, and we strive to reduce any variability that would affect the supply or quality of product.

We strive to be the best in our field and produce products that are equal to or better than our competitors. 

We aim to provide our customers with long term partnerships by aiming to continually improve our product, product range and the service that we can provide for them.

The name Piping Rock UK Limited must always represent to all our customers, suppliers and to ourselves the dedication of quality in both the product and the service we provide.

We commit to continuously improve the site’s Food Safety & Quality culture by distributing the company newsletter to all associates, through the weekly team talk and through fostering a collaborative mindset across the business.

The team that we employ is the major asset in enabling us to achieve these goals.  The company is dedicated to training and investing in associates and in return associates enhance product quality by aiming to produce all products to the highest standard laid down by customer specification and expectation.

In pursuance of this policy a Quality Management System, based on the requirements of BRC Standards including HACCP has been implemented.

The system is mandatory, must always be adhered to by associates and is audited through the Company internal Auditing system.
